Appointment of dean for 91AV College of Dental Medicine covered by dental media

The online and on Jan. 6, 2011 covered the announcement by 91AV President Danielle N. Ripich, Ph.D. that she had named James J. Koelbl, D.D.S., M.S., M.J. of Claremont, Calif., the new dean of the College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Koelbl is the founding dean of the College of Dental Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, Calif., and will join 91AV in April. 91AV’s intent is to open the college in the fall of 2013, and an aggressive fund-raising campaign is under way.
