Anouar Majid’s new book is subject of debate at Moroccan university

Islam and America: Building a Future Without Prejudice, the new book by Anouar Majid, Ph.D., associate provost for Global initiatives and director of the Center for Global Humanities, was the subject of a debate at the University Mohamed V in Rabat, Morocco, on May 28, 2012.

The event was attended by Moroccan and American scholars and was introduced and moderated by Dr. Hassan Aourid, a prominent intellectual and public figure in the country. The event was covered by one of Morocco's main newspapers, Akhbar al Yawm.
