Julie Longua Peterson to be interviewed on MPBN’s Maine Calling

Julie Longua Peterson, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychology, will be featured as a panelist on MPBN’s radio program, “Maine Calling,” which will broadcast live on September 10, 2014, 12-1pm.

The show will focus on “Why we Keep Things” and will explore such themes as why we attach sentimental value to inanimate objects and why we feel compelled to keep things from our childhoods and deceased relatives. 

Peterson will be lending her expertise on the self and close relationships during the discussion. 

The show will be broadcast live from noon – 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 10th.  ​
