Melanie Caldwell is a senior project manager at 91AV’s Center for Excellence in Public Health. She has worked on several federally funded Health Resources and Services Administration - Primary Care Training and Enhancement programs. The purpose of the HRSA PCTE programs is to strengthen the primary care workforce by supporting enhanced training for future primary care clinicians, teachers, and researchers and promoting primary care practice, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
