Miriam (Mim) Powelson grew up in Penacook, NH before she moved out to Syracuse to pursue a degree in Environmental Education. Mim worked for the Appalachian Mountain Club for three years before she moved to Portland. She enjoys spending time outside, including hiking, canoeing, and camping.
